Is there a charge for delivery?No. Delivery is included in the cost of the Treat already.

Can you do other Treats?We can put together any kind of gift you like. We have had Amazon items shipped to us and incorporated those into a gift and we have picked up specific items that customers want included with their Treat. We are here to help.

Can you accommodate special dietary needs?Yes. If your student has specific dietary requirements, allergies, or sensitivities, we strongly encourage you to contact us before making a purchase. Our team would be delighted to work with you to customize a package that meets your student's unique dietary needs.

When do you deliver?No deliveries on Sunday and Monday. Most orders are fulfilled within 24-28 hours unless it is a Custom Order.

How do you contact the student to coordinate delivery?We will reach out to students via text message the day prior to the scheduled delivery date. You will provide your student's contact information during the checkout process. We can drop items in the dorm lobbies or hand directly to your student.

How far in advance do I need to order?Standard Treats: Treats will be delivered in 24-28 hours so plan accordingly. Custom Treats : We would love as much notice as possible for all custom treats. We also understand that life happens, and you may have a last-minute need! We can usually fulfill orders with 2 days, and sometimes even in 24 hours. Please reach out to discuss your custom needs. Seasonal Themed Treats: Pre-orders for our limited edition seasonal themed care packages typically end 2 weeks prior to delivery. Pre-order deadlines will be listed on the order page, when applicable.
